I HATE THAT TWO-FACED FUCKING BITCH. I HATE HER.
My aunt fucked with my old insurance. It was supposed to expire on 6/15. I told them I'd call back if I wanted to renew it. I then went price shopping and got a better rate with Geico. I saved hundreds of dollars by switching *sappy announcer voice*!! Anyway, she kept telling Mom that I didn't get insurance. She even called the fucking company and got proof that I got it. But then she told Mom that I paid $5 to get a fake ID card sent to me. Right... Like a top 3 company in the country is going to commit that kind of fraud for $5? Psssh...
Anyway... I get this email today saying my Allstate payment is due. Funny... Allstate expired... Maybe there's been a mistake and they needed me to actually tell them to cancel it? Nope.. I sign on to the online bill pay, and the first thing that smells funny on that page is "Welcome, Amanda Simpson"... Uhm.... Excuse me? That's not my name (I fucking hate that song)...
So I call them to see what the fuck is going on. The lady says, "I'm sorry, we can only do this for the policy owner." Excuse me? Dolores? Is that who you want? "Yes, Delores Simpson." Well she's DEAD. How could she have set this up. My name is on that policy. How can I NOT have access to it? "Well, I'm sorry ma'am you'll just have to call your agent in the morning."
Fucking great. Well, at least there's proof she's doing something fraudulent now...

So I just had a really random dream. The fact that I had a dream was interesting enough lol. But yeah... Here's basically how it went down...
I was trying to get autographs from Anthony and Adam (RENT) and they were getting attacked of course. I mean they're superstars in the Broadway world... Anyway... I ended up running around this weird restaurant to get pizza. I think I was with my friend Andrea. The restaurant was wrapped completely around the restaurant that the huge crowd went into so I ended up not getting pizza and instead, I ran into the entrance to Sheikra. I got on the ride but I was carrying some things that didn't quite make it into my pockets. It was weird because the ride pretty much started without my harness on. That was freaking scary. But then it wrapped around me so it was okay. I couldn't get my wallet into my back pocket so I just held it because I've done that before on roller coasters. After it started it felt more like a fair ride or something. When the ride started, the girl that played Joanne on the movie walked out and started singing something. I can't remember which song it was but it was from RENT.
After the ride started to slow down, the guy running it noticed I was holding stuff and tried to take it so I could hold on but I didn't give it to him because like I said, I'd done it before and the ride was slowing down anyway. I got off the ride and started walking around. All of a sudden, I see Anthony and Adam hanging out around a fountain. I walked up to Anthony looking like a sheep and asked quietly for a picture. I'd gotten their autographs earlier but I didn't want to bug them about the photo. I asked once and just kinda stood there for a second. Finally Anthony walked over and pulled me onto the fountain with them. I got all excited and tried taking a picture but my camera was on preview mode, and for some reason, there were a shit load of pictures of Perrin. (For those who don't know, she and I used to be good friends... Anyway, she likes to model for her own camera...) One of them was the same background, pose, and coloring as my icon. I got a little flustered trying to make the camera work. By the time I did, they were both looking fairly annoyed but I tried to ignore that.
Anyway... I was in the middle of trying to take our picture (the three of us together) when some random person came up behind them and got in the picture too. I wasn't going to risk not getting their picture because of the stupid person so I started snapping away. I got a really cute one with that person's head mostly cut out and that's when I woke up.
Stupid alarm clocks ruining my fun...

So I'm trying this Acai supplement... I only paid shipping and handling and after 15 days I either mail the rest back, or pay for the whole bottle. I was originally going to just send half of them back tomorrow, but I think I might actually wait til day 15. I'm on day 3 right now. I think that if it doesn't help, at least I tried right? It just kinda sucks though because the way this kind works is pretty much a colon cleanse... So you know what that means. -_-
On another health note... I need to lose this weight and stop eating out. Being that I've been running around a lot in the last three months, I've been eating a lot of mcdonald's and burger king and feeling absolutely horrible the whole time. Well, I had a physical on Monday, and blood work on Tuesday, only to find out that -SURPRISE!- my cholesterol is a little high. Also, my TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) was low... Now I don't know what causes that, but I have all the symptoms listed on WebMD for hyperthyroidism. I'm just missing the weight loss part lol.
I don't like this one bit lol. So I'm slowly changing my habits. Instead of fattening drinks at starbucks, I'm getting teas. I'm trying to drink less soda. I'm not eating as much as usual which is hard with the increased appetite. But oh well... I just need to talk to my doctor tomorrow that way I know what he suggests.

Su Avalon credo di aver fatto come la maggior parte delle persone, sono partita dalla fine per poi riprendere il tutto dall'inizio. Ma chi non si è sentito attrattato dalla leggenda di Artù narrata dalla splendida penna di Marion Zimmer Bradley?
Dopo aver letto le Nebbie di Avalon però, mi è presa la curiosità che mi ha portata a decidere di leggere anche gli altri libri, per sapere come si è arrivati ad Artù, Morgana, Lancillotto... e devo dire che con questo splendido Ciclo indubbiamente MZB non mi ha delusa affatto. Al contrario della Saga di Darkover dove ho trovato alcuni libri difficili da leggere, lenti e spesso un pò noiosi, con Avalon è stato il contrario.
Le storie sono scritte bene, scorrevoli. Narrano di periodi storici lontani, ma con eleganza senza noia. Per quanto mi riguarda mi sento di consigliare a chi ha letto solo le Nebbie di leggere tutto il ciclo, perchè merita, merita davvero tanto.
E, come sempre, se volete saperne di più sul Ciclo di Avalon seguitemi ;)

RENT WAS SO FUCKING AMAZINGGGG!!!!!!
Anthony Rapp (Mark-see icon) is by far my favorite performer in the show. Adam Pascal (Roger) was very nasal the whole night, but he was still rockin. Maureen was hilarious! She accidentally tossed the drumstick in the audience lol. Great improv cover-up too. Mimi was good but I was hoping her voice would get a little stronger. Her ass scene was funny. Adam made me cry sooo bad! He was sobbing on stage! Definitely one of the better actors of the night lol. Anthony was DEAD ON vocally though! OMFG. Angel was good too. Completely random, but the girl that plays the bum!? She was a godamn diva! Freaking awesome! Oh and did I mention we were in the SECOND ROW~? I could see each and every tear from Adam, I could see Anthony's eyelashes, etc.! AMAZING SEATS. We also got Adam, Anthony and the girls that played Mimi and Maureen to sign our programs! I can't actually tell who is who though hahahha.
Anyway... The story behind all this happy? My friend Shanna sends a mass text on Monday asking if anyone wanted to go to Rent for $20. Obviously, I jumped in! She offered to sit there for the tickets since I was working. She got there at noon and they didn't start selling til 5:30! I didn't know for sure if she got there early enough to get tickets until she called me after she bought them lol. So we had to make a pit stop for me to get some nicer pants. It was pouring rain so my pants were nasty! lol
Anyyyway! I'm way too excited to sleep now what with even more stresses added today and Rent and yeah... I'm drinking some tea and listening to the soundtrack then trying to sleep. Hopefully, the tea will help.

today: first appointment for "pregnancy yoga". Whatever that is... my (almost) sis-in-law Anne will come along - she expects twins due Nov 23rd... oh, the Berg Baby Boom!
am listening to THE USED for the first time in ages and sorting the baby's clothes by size to understand what we actually have and what we could share with Anne and Steffen...
as a result of a conversation I had with Matt last night, I looked up abortion statistics etc... I felt seriously sick after reading that shit.
some people actually still abort at this stage in their pregnancy because their child has some sort of gene defect, i.e. down syndrome.
Right. I am 24 weeks pregnant now. The baby would actually have a chance of survival outside of the womb! I better not go into details as for how they would kill such a BABY... let's just say: defect DOES NOT equal dead, does not equal unlovable.
I am pro abortion. But abortion should neither be a way of birth control, nor should it be a way to CHOSE the perfect baby.
My point to Matt was clear: if nature (and god) does not kill an embryo and regards it ok to live.
Who the fuck are we, humans, to kill them?
As Barbara Wussow said: By law, it is now easier to abort a child than to cut down a tree.
Let me add to my rant. I have a 3D scan Monday, but no matter what, Matt and I agreed that we simply could not, would not abort (which I why I didn't take the trisomie 21 test.
I lost a child once. Having an abortion would mean to me, that you can send me to a psychiatric clinic and lose the key.

so! where to begin. i got a new laptop. it's an early birthday present from my parents. my other computer was about to die a horrible death. so i got it a little early. n_n it's a macbook pro and i love it. poeple said it would take a while to get used to it, but it's really easy to use and there's not many differences between this and the pc i was using. except this is faster and has yet to freeze on me! so i love it!
today is my dear friend, khris' birthday! he's 18 today. ^_^ happy birfday d00d. i hope i can go see him today, but my mom has been kinda sick and i feel bad for leaving her. hopefully i can stop by the tattoo parlor he'll be at for a bit.
errr. so my sister moved out. so i'm pretty much all alone in this house other than my mom, dad, and grandma. :| yah. so. i'm bored out of my mind constantly. but this laptop is taking away a lot of the boredom, thank god. xD
so i'm ridiculously tired since i stayed up until midnight last night just to send dearest khwis a text at midnight. i should probably sleep early tonight since i'm going to the airport early tomorrow. or actually go to bed at a decent hour like 10 or so. -sigh-

So I was reading old posts when I stumbled upon this one... and I just thought it was funny.
Here are the things I actually accomplished on that list and the dates I accomplished them:
1) Arrange things in room against walls for floor space. ~Probably sometime in late JUNE 2008~
2) *Clean out closet.* ~Still haven't finished, but completed about half of the task June 2009~
3) *Put shit away in good places.* ~Not completed~
4) **READ for classes.** ~Completed in June 2008.~
5) ***Practice!!!!!*** ~ I can't actually remember how much I practiced last summer... It wasn't much though...~
6) E-mail Lisa/Perrine about a piccolo. ~Fail.~
7) Call Betsy about lessons. Get prices etc. ~Fail.~
8) Order some new music. ~Fail.~
9) **Dr. Appointment for MRI on low back.** ~Fail.~
10) Go swimming. ~Fail.... Well sorta... I went to the beach a time or two...~
11) Relax. ~EPIC FAIL.~
12) Go hang with Grama. (Bingo?) ~Accomplished a little.. But no bingo...~
I'm so good at sticking to my plans... -___-

Last week was my first week in College. I love it! College is fun...sorta. I like the freedom of showing up to one class and then leaving afterwards. I don't miss high school at all except for my friends of course. The people in my English Comp. class are nice, but it's not the same. English Comp. isn't as bad as I thought it was. I thought we'd be writing stories and reading literature but we're not. Seriously, I thought college was supposed to be hard! It's pretty easy so far. I just have to read some articles (which is pointless because she goes over it in class) and my first essay is due Wednesday.
Friday me and Unmona went to Oviedo Mall to see Public Enemies and also go shopping because I needed to get something for Lissette. Public Enemies review in the cut!
( We're having too good a time today. We ain't thinking about tomorrow )
Yesterday I went to Lissette's birthday party and watched fireworks on my rooftop. It was kinda dangerous but it was worth it. The fireworks didn't stop until four in the morning! Woot.
Today I'm supposed to get started on my essay but I'm feeling really REAAAALLY lazy. I think I might go watch some Disney movies instead. I watched Alice in Wonderland last night, I have no idea what to watch next. Maybe Peter Pan? or Toy Story? lol This is random but OMG TOY STORY 3. What the eff could that be about?! Andy is like in College! I hope he's not going to sell Woody and Buzz :(

Went out shopping with Anu, Joni and Otto today! ^___^ epic tiemz were had. Went to Steak House first, because *GASP* i totally forgot to eat at home D:

im having these god-awful allergies and i seriously dont know why. my nose is all stuffy and runny, ive been sneezing around the clock. i didnt even have it this bad two months ago with the all the pollen O___O mom suspects that i was bitten by a tick because there's this weird mosquito-bite looking thingmabob on the back of my ankle but it's hard as a rock, itches like hell and is hot whenever i touch it..
i need a hankey.
and im supposed to go for a midnight swim with my friends later tonight? im not so certain im capable of doing that.
even my eyelids are swollen! but my eyes arent itchy like they usually would be in this situation. I'm scared :
